About AccessAble

AccessAble has been working to support organisations on their accessibility journey for almost 25 years. A disabled person led organisation, our mission was initially inspired by the personal experience of our Founder Dr. Gregory Burke and developed with 1000s of disability groups.

AccessAble’s mission is to collaboratively support organisations to see the value of change and bring a positive impact to the lives of disabled people and wider society.

AccessAble helps organisations publish detailed accessibility information, increase workforce confidence on disability inclusion and use powerful data to determine future accessibility improvements.

Our user facing website www.AccessAble.co.uk is used and trusted by 6 million + disabled people a year.

AccessAble supports over 475+ organisations to publish 70,000 + Detailed Access Guides about their places and spaces. This includes household names such as Tesco, National Trust, Hilton Hotels, Alton Towers, Next and TUI.

Our goal is to tackle the postcode lottery facing disabled people and to help businesses and venues, regardless of size or location, provide the accessibility information disabled people have told us they need.

The Your Accessibility Guide portal is AccessAble’s answer.
